Refund & Cancellation Policy

At FOO, we strive to provide fresh and high-quality vegetables, fruits, seafood, and poultry products to our customers. This policy outlines the conditions for order cancellations and refunds.

Order Cancellation

FOO reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, customers will be notified and any payments made will be refunded.

Refund Policy

Online Payments

For orders paid through online payment methods (such as UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking), approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours after confirmation of the refund request.

The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on the processing time of the issuing bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For orders paid through Cash on Delivery, refunds may be issued as store credit in the customer's FOO account. This store credit can be used for future purchases on the platform.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a customer receives:

  • damaged or spoiled products

  • incorrect items

  • missing items

they must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with the order details.

FOO may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
